The Firm reserves the right to change the prices, technical details and specifications of the products at any time without notice. All product details and service details listed in the Firms brochures and lists are correct at the time of going to press. The Firm accepts no liability for errors or omissions contained therein resulting from missuse of any of the information provided. All prices quoted are excluding delivery in the U.K. All orders will be subject to a delivery charge.

We aim to deliver within seven to ten working days from receipt of order. All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation. If an item is temporarily out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be greater than five days, we will contact you by email or phone to arrange a new delivery date, if this is not satisfactory a refund will be arranged. We cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss you suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order. The contract is binding only when you receive confirmation from us that your order has been accepted. You may cancel your order within 7days of receiving your goods and will receive a full refund including postage (UK orders only) providing you take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession.We would ask you to return the goods by Royal Mail Special Delivery within 10 days of receipt of goods. ORDERS PLACED OF WHICH THE ITEMS ARE NOT SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE WILL BE CLASSIFIED AS PRIVATE COMMISSIONS AND ARE THEREFORE NON REFUNDABLE AFTER THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN TAKEN. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please check goods on delivery. If the goods are delivered damaged or faulty you must inform us immediately we will arrange collection and replacement at our expense. If you do not inform us in a reasonable time we shall have no liability for goods damaged on delivery.

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Delta.

To order goods you must be at least 18 years of age.

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries to customers inside Europe .

There is no minimum or maximum order size.
